Upon arrival I will sit with you and discuss the things and areas you would like worked on. You will then get comfortable on a massage table. You will remain fully clothed the whole time. I will then begin the Reiki session. This may include either the hands on or hands off technique. This will be discussed and you can tell me which one your prefer, if you have a preference.

After the allotted time, I will let you know that your session has finished. After the session if you'd like to discuss anything with me, you will have a chance to do so.
